Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux may have skipped the Oscars red carpet on Sunday, but they certainly made up for it at Vanity Fair's annual afterparty. Jennifer turned up the heat in a black Versace gown with a plunging neckline, while Justin looked dapper in a black suit. At one point, the couple — who recently returned from Mexico — even shared a sweet moment in front of photographers as they gazed lovingly into each other's eyes.

Fast forward to 2017 and the 48-year-old may be standing next to a different man - husband of two years Justin Theroux - but her hair, dress and even make-up look remarkably similar to her millennium year look. 

She was just casually working all her best angles to show off the look (and her incredible glow) at the Vanity Fair after party.

The actress stunned in a plunging, black sequin Atelier Versace gown. Taking a departure from her usual red carpet look, Aniston showed some major leg with a thigh-high slit that grazed all the way up to her hip bone.

Seriously though, it was a slit taller than most of us.
