The actress was spotted out in a floral maxi dress in the village of Positano on Thursday, where she's in town as a special guest of the Giffoni Film Festival.

Pairing her dress with black sandals and a red saddle bag, Aniston was seen laughing and chatting at lunch with a group of friends. She was also spotted soaking up the sun on luxury yacht off the coast.

The Mother's Day star will be honored at the 46th Giffoni Film Festival on Saturday, where she is expected to discuss her career with the festival jury.

The sighting comes a week after her scathing op-ed piece in The Huffington Post, in which she vented her frustration over tabloid pregnancy rumors and body shaming.
